A Little About Me
Hey, I'm Jona.
I'm a wedding and engagement photographer based in Rochester, NY, and I've been chasing this feeling since way before I ever picked up a camera professionally: that moment when two people forget anyone else is watching.
Photography's been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I'd hear it all the time, "Jona always gets the best shot in one try." That instinct for catching the real moment, not the posed one, is still what drives everything I shoot today. When it came time to think about college, choosing photography just felt right. And once I got there, that love only grew.
Now I get to spend my time doing what I love most: photographing engagements and weddings across Rochester and the Finger Lakes. Your engagement session is where we figure out how to work together before the big day, no pressure, just two people who love each other and me hanging back, ready for the real moments. And your wedding day? That's the one day I take more seriously than almost anything else. I'm there early, I stay late, and I'm not leaving until I know I got the shot.
